It happened at approximately 3:33 Monday morning on Country Lake Drive & Fox Hunt Drive. It appears a single sedan went off the residential street, struck two mailboxes, and collided with a tree.

First responders arrived and performed CPR on the victim per scanner reports. The victim was transported to a bay area hospital, where his condition us unknown.

Deputies think a medical condition may have played a factor in the accident. No official statement has been released.

The ship “Captain Nemo”  had left the Clearwater marina, when it became stuck in shallow waters just before the causeway.

A rescue boat also was stuck. Passengers were brought to shore in groups via boats from Clearwater Fire Rescue, Police, and the US Coast Guard.

No injuries were reported. Clearwater Fire Rescue reported at least 88 people were taken to shore. Foggy weather may have also played a factor in the incident.

The fire broke out on Horton Road, just north of State Road 60. Crews arrived to a heavily involved house fire.

After the flames were extinguished, crews located a body inside.

No further information has been released.

It happened in the 9600 block of Bay Pines Boulevard around 10pm. Deputies say firefighter James Fehl pulled out of a parking lot shortly work, and was struck by a red sedan.

Bystanders conducted CPR on Fehl and he was transported to Bayfront Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

Westbound Bay Pines Boulevard was closed for several hours. The investigation into the crash continues.

The call came in around 4:07 at a home on Idlewild Avenue, just east of Axleod Road. Hillsborough Fire Rescue arrived within minutes and reported flames shooting from the structure. The fire was knocked down in only a few minutes.

According to several neighbors, the house is abandoned. Crews requested an investigator to the scene to determine the source of the fire.

No injuries were reported.

It happened Tuesday at 7039 Drury Street, off of Silvermill Drive. According to deputies, one brother shot another in the groin area during a family dispute. The victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital in critical condition. The shooter was taken into custody at the scene.

No names have been released.

The fire broke out at a home at the corner of Sligh Avenue and Alene Street. The first crews arrived and found the one story home heavily involved in flames. It took crews from Hillsborough and Tampa a couple hours to completely extinguish the flames.

Officials say the home belonged to a Hillsborough County firefighter, who was out of town with family. It is unknown how the fire started.

It happened late Sunday night at 10020 Wilder Road. According to a supervisor at the scene, two men were transported to the hospital after a domestic related shooting.

Scanner traffic indicated that a 55-year-old and 53-year-old male sustained gunshot wounds and were transported to Tampa General Hospital. Both were trauma alerts, with one of the males suffering a gunshot wound to the head.

No other information was released at this time.

It happened Thursday night around 10:52 just north of Linebaugh Avenue. Two vehicles collided in the southbound lanes. According to deputies, the driver of the white sedan was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the tan sedan was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, where they are said to be in critical condition.

The southbound lanes of Sheldon Road were opened around 3am. Deputies have not released any names nor what may have caused the crash.

The call came in around 4:17 to 1108 Crimson Clover Lane in Wesley Chapel. Kiyon Ardalan woke up to the smell of smoke and got his mother out of the residence. When fire crews arrived, they found smoke and flames coming from the 2000 square foot house and called for a second alarm.

Ardalan was also was able to get his four dogs and two birds out of the house as well. However, a cat is still missing.
