SEFFNER – The State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a tragic fire in eastern Hillsborough County Monday morning.

Fire rescue arrived at home on Auxerre Circle inside the Chateau Forest Mobile home park around 3:30. Fire crews quickly knocked down the flames coming from the double wide mobile home. During the second search of the home, the body of an adult male was located, according to Shift Commander Frank Fernandez.

Hillsborough Fire Rescue crews cleared around 7 AM and handed the scene over to state fire investigators. No further information has been released.
